Complete the Certificate of Insurance Request Form located on our website under the “Association Documents” tab and submit to Bouchard Insurance in accordance with the instructions on the form.

Yes.  The minimum lease term is seven (7) months and no more than two (2) leases of a unit in any calendar year.  Each tenant, 18 years and older, must complete a Rental Form and submit to the office with the appropriate fee and a signed lease a minimum of five (5) days prior to the lease commencement date.  The Rental Form, which includes a checklist and fee schedule, is located on our website under the “Association Documents” tab.

Yes.  A maximum of two (2) pets per unit no more than 65 pounds each.  Aggressive or dangerous dogs, as determined by the Board of Directors, are not allowed.  All dogs are required to submit a DNA sample to the office.  Owners that rent their unit may establish a “no pets” policy.  Guests staying longer than 24 hours are not permitted to have a pet(s) on the Condominium Property during their stay.
